6. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule prescribed by the Centre.
- Fees may be paid online, by bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash (where permitted).
- Receipts should be retained for future reference.
- Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of classes or withholding of certificates.
- Government taxes, if applicable, shall be borne by the student.
The Centre reserves the right to revise fees for future admissions.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Course fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds, if approved, shall be processed only under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Centre.
- Processing charges may be deducted from approved refunds.
- Students who discontinue the course voluntarily shall not be entitled to a refund.
8. Attendance
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance.
The Centre may prescribe minimum attendance requirements for:
- Internal assessments
- Practical examinations
- Final examinations
- Certificate eligibility
Repeated absenteeism may result in disqualification from certification.
9. Student Code of Conduct
Every student shall:
- Maintain discipline.
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students.
- Use Centre property responsibly.
- Follow laboratory and classroom safety instructions.
- Maintain academic honesty.
Students shall not:
- Engage in cheating or plagiarism.
- Damage Centre property.

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.
10. Examinations and Certification
Certification shall be awarded only after successful completion of:

Government, Sector Skill Council, or third-party certificates are subject to the rules of the respective authority.
11. Placement Assistance
Where placement assistance is offered, the Centre will make reasonable efforts to connect eligible students with potential employers.
However:
- Employment is not guaranteed.
- Selection depends entirely upon employer requirements.
- Students must attend interviews and complete employer documentation.
- Salary packages are determined solely by the recruiting employer.
The Centre shall not be liable for employment decisions made by employers.
